Tournament Rules

 

 1)  5 FISH LIMIT 12” MINIMUM LENGTH.
 2)  SHORT FISH WILL BE A 1 POUND DEDUCTION AND LOSS OF THAT FISH.
 3)  DEAD FISH WILL BE A ¼ POUND DEDUCTION.
 4)  MUST HAVE WORKING LIVEWELL.
 5)  NO LIVE BAIT.
 6)  WINNERS WILL BE DETERMINED BY TOTAL BAG WEIGHT.
 7)  TIE BREAK WILL BE DETERMINED BY NUMBER OF FISH, BIG FISH THEN COIN TOSS.
 8)  LIFE JACKETS MUST BE WORN WHEN GAS OUTBOARD IS RUNNING.
 9)  YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED ONE SUB PER YEAR.
10)  BOATS LATE FOR WEIGH IN= PENALTY IS DISQUALIFICATION.
11)  NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED IN BOAT DURING FISHING HOURS.
12)  ALL MINNESOTA FISHING AND BOATING REGULATIONS APPLY.
13)  PRE-FISHING IS ALLOWED UP TO THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT.
14)  YOU MUST OBEY ALL SIGNS ON THE LAKE.
15)  YOU MUST MAINTAIN A MINIMUM DISTANCE OF 50 YARDS FROM OTHER PARTICIPANTS. AND 5 DOCKS DISTANCE.
16)  EASE OFF DRAWN THE MORNING OF THE TOURNAMENT, LAST BOAT DRAWN WILL CALL OUT EASE OFF POSITIONS.
17)  BOAT CHECK ½ HOUR PRIOR TO TAKE OFF.
18)  BASIC LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED ON BOAT USED IN TOURNAMENT.
19)  BREAKING STATE FISHING RULES, TOURNAMENT RULES OR UN-SPORTSMAN LIKE CONDUCT IS GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION WITH NO REFUNDS.
20)  TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANYONE WHO HAS A HISTORY OF GRIEVANCES, VIOLATIONS AND INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR IN TOURNAMENTS.
21)  TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS DECISIONS ARE FINAL.
22)  TOURNAMENT HOURS ARE FROM 7:00 A.M. TO 1:00 P.M.
23)  THERE WILL BE NO BLOCKING ANY CHANNEL THAT HAS FISHABLE WATER BEHIND IT.
