Matt Strommer and Randy McKernan finished out a strong year with a second place finish on the Le Homme Dieu chain. That finish helped them to their first place honors for the Reel Team Bass Team of the Year. Great job guys.
Paul Weinhandl and Bob Theis finished the last Reel Team Bass event for the season on the Le Homme Dieu chain with a win. Their 21.86 pound bag was good for first place. In second place was the team of Matt Strommer and Randy McKernan with 20.46 pounds. Brian Krause and Paul Lewis were third with 20 pounds even. They also had the big bass of the day at 4.35 pounds.
Jon Englund and Kyle Wicklund came to the scales with 21.16 pounds of bass to win the second Reel Team event of the year on Lake Ida. They also had the big bass of the day at 4.62 pounds. Close behind in second place was the team of Anthony and Doug Gustafson with 20.44 pounds. Dave and Cody Reiland were third with 19.15 pounds.
Trent Glover and Jim Lokken's 21.45 pounds was just enough to pull out the win on Lake Minnewaska on June 1. They edged out the team of Tom Wilkins and Garrett Streitz who placed second with 21.15 pounds. In third place was Trevor Trousil and Matt Klemm with 20.59 pounds. Trent and Jim's 4.27 pound smallmouth was the big bass of the day.
